National Alarm Control Center

Located within a very high security environment, this control centre has the most modern systems, software and emergency back-up to monitor alarms of all types from sites throughout Botswana. Independent alarm control centres are located in other towns where we operate branches, but often with alarm signals going to both the regional branch and to our National Alarm Control Centre in Gaborone.

Rapid response

Numerous, fully-trained response crews waiting at strategic locations or patrolling their specific areas, in permanent radio contact with our alarm control centers, and ready to respond around-the-clock to each alarm signal as required.

Medical emergency response

Special dedicated medical emergency buttons connected to the alarm system to generate a response by your own choice of medical emergency specialists.

Monitoring of guard patrols

The alertness of guards, and the routes they patrol can be monitored, and therefore controlled, to ensure maximum results over 24 hours from guards on site, whether they are your own employees or the staff of a guard service company.

Closed circuit television

For surveillance of  activity in key areas of a business or fitted with video recording facilities.

Access control

Ranging from software-driven, card-based, integrated systems for larger premises to individual controls on selected doors.

24-hour computer protection

Immediate alarms if computers are removed from their normal locations at any time, even during normal office hours.
